Botanical Garden
Wrocław Botanical Garden of the University of Wrocław is the second oldest garden in Poland (after the one in Cracow). It has been inscribed on the list of monuments of Lower Silesian voivodeship. This beautiful “living museum” is an oasis of peace both for citizens of Wrocław as well as tourists. It is worth mentioning that apart from its aesthetic qualities, the garden also served the educational and scientific purpose, forming part of the University of Wrocław.

The garden is situated at the distance of only 2 km from Wrocław Market Square, partially within the historical Ostrów Tumski district, in close proximity to Saint John the Baptist’s Cathedral and Saint Cross Church.
